Collect existing value information including ABC and alighn it to our throughput architecture
Collect existing driver information and align same
Collect busines aspirations for change and test them in the software model
Collect value chain and dimensional data required eg customer segment, product metrics
Enter/Import this data into our configurable software modeling tool and create the multidimensional value heat maps
Add any attributes required like complexity driven categories
Preserve existing linkages to original P&L structures so as to re-create outcomes in P&L format for the "Financial Team"
Create the multidimensional as is and to be value heat maps
Refine the data and drivers, test the results against existing and past P&L results and underlying drivers
Incorporate any economic threats and or market changes over coming years new products etc
From the heat maps identify target improvement opportunities Test organisational structure and locational changes
