Software- why we developed our own

To avoid duplication of effort by re-creating excel spreadsheets for analysis we have developed software tools to assist with various aspects of our work. We were not happy with available activity costing tools and tools to asess overall value of business activities are almost nonexistent.  See our synopsis of Activity costing. .

We decided to develop our own using manufacturing based process costing methodologies but adapting them for service industries as well. We provide activity costing as a different View of our process costing templates.
